Capital B Global/Sustainability

Growth that leaves things better than we found them.

Sustainability is built into what our companies sell, not added on afterwards. Carbon removal is one of our three platforms, and the same standards of safety, fairness and transparency apply across the group.

Our pillars

Four commitments across every platform.

Each pillar has an owner in the platform company where it matters most, and oversight from the group.

Climate

Permanent carbon removal

11BIO plants lock carbon from waste biomass into stable biochar, verified by independent auditors.

Safety

Safe, compliant operations

Every Petro Norte station operates to Mexico's energy, safety and environmental requirements.

Fairness

Responsible finance

Cash & Drive agreements set out every cost, term and buyback in writing before a customer signs.

Governance

Transparent reporting

Ring-fenced assets and regular reporting give investors and partners a clear view of performance.

How biochar removes carbon

From waste biomass to verified carbon removal.

Every 11BIO plant follows the same four steps, using one proven, standardized design.

01

Source local residues

Long-term supplies of agricultural and forestry residues are secured close to each plant at low or no cost.

02

Convert by pyrolysis

Continuous pyrolysis heats the biomass without oxygen, so its carbon becomes biochar instead of CO₂.

03

Lock carbon into biochar

The stable, carbon-rich solid keeps that carbon stored for the long term and improves soil.

04

Verify and deliver

Independent auditors verify the carbon stored. Credits go to companies with climate commitments.

Impact at plant level

One plant, decades of removal.

Each plant runs on its own syngas and recovered heat, and is designed to share surplus energy with nearby farms for irrigation, cold storage and processing.

7,200 hrs/yr

Operating hours per plant

1,600–1,800 t

Biochar produced per plant, per year

3,700–4,900

Carbon removal credits per plant, per year

7,500–10,000

Credits a year at the next scale, 50 tons a day

Design figures for 11BIO's standard plant. Actual output depends on feedstock and certification factors.

Our commitments

What partners can hold us to.

These commitments apply across the group and grow with it.

Independent verification

Every carbon removal credit we issue is designed for monitoring, reporting and third-party verification under leading international standards.

Local value

We buy residues from local farms, share surplus energy and hire locally wherever our plants and stations operate.

Safety first

Fuel handling, storage and dispensing follow strict safety procedures, with trained teams at every site.

Clear terms

Every finance customer receives written terms that state the full cost and buyback before signing.

Group-level reporting

As the group grows, we will measure and report our environmental and social performance against recognized frameworks.
